Why do we prefer to use email as our main method of communicating with you?

Although we are based on the South West London / Surrey borders, we aim to provide a friendly, flexible, streamlined and timely service to all our clients; we pride ourselves on developing a focused, responsive relationship with our clients irrespective of geographical boundaries.

The very nature of a Virtual Assistant is to be exactly that ... "Virtual"!  In order to provide a high-quality, cost-effective service to you we actively encourage that day-to-day interaction with our clients is made via electronic methods, such as email, contact form (available online) or by Skype.  This also enables us to work remotely, anywhere in the world, while providing our client with the gold-star service they have come to expect from us.

The development of "wifi" means that we are able to respond to your enquiries far quicker by email or contact form than by telephone, if we are working remotely ... whichever method you choose, however, please be assured that we will be in touch with you immediately we are free to do so!

Please note that due to the broad scope of our work, we are not your average "9 to 5" Virtual Assistants and as such, are not able to offer services such as telephone-forwarding/answering or diary-maintenance.
